Our history is our philosophy

EM3 started business as a Web services company, managing and building Web sites and applications for companies like Cisco and HP. Early on, we saw the need for a better way to handle the frequent updates, changes and day-to-day management of the sites we were creating. "We were feeling the pain every day," said founders Steve Dalal and Kristen Ransom. "We knew there had to be a better way then the expensive, technical, cumbersome and time consuming methods available."

With an insider's knowledge of what Web communicators and their IT managers needed, EM3 created iOn content management software. "Our goal was to provide a tool that everyone involved with Web communications would appreciate using everyday," said Dalal. "That meant it had to come ready-to-use with a deep, rich set of features and an intuitive interface accessible to both novice and expert users."
