EM3.Ads plug-in for iOn

EM3.Ads allows you to easily serve banner advertisements on your site(s) without using a third-party ad service. While it can be used for traditional advertising, many companies find this plug-in useful for promoting information from within their organizations. Now you can offer additional value to the Marketing Manager who needs to promote the latest product or the HR manager who needs to highlight the latest employee benefit.

EM3.Ads introduces a new type of content Object – an Advertising Object.  Advertising objects such as banners are administered like other Objects; however, they contain information relevant for dynamic swapping of ad space on template pages.

Statistics
Online statistics show how many impressions have been made and what percentage click-through has occurred.

Standard object model
Ads have the same features that other objects have – publishing rules, versioning, direct page assignment, metadata properties, and workflow. This means there is almost no learning curve for those who already know how to administer other objects.

Ad distribution
Because ads may be assigned metadata properties, you can create rules to display ads automatically on appropriate pages. Of course, you can also manually push ads to context pages that allow them.

Randomize
If more than one ad is assigned to a particular page, the template can be set to show all of them or to randomly select one for display.
